The amounts in this recipe are to serve 1, so duplicate as needed of course.

Mini Pizza Recipe

You Will need…

Ingredients

  • 115g plain flour

  • 28ml water

  • ½ tsp baking powder

  • ⅛ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp oil

  • Small carton of passata

  • Cheese

Any additional toppings of your choice

Equipment

  • Bowl

  • Spoon for mixing

  • Measuring jug

  • Measuring spoons

  • Chopping board

  • Knife

  • Cheese grater

  • Baking tray

  • Baking paper

Method:

  • Heat the oven to 200°C / 180°C Fan / Gas Mark 6

  • Mix together flour, baking powder and salt in a small bowl, add oil and water then stir until it forms a ball. If stiff, add more water, it should be soft but not sticky

  • Knead on a floured surfaced for 3-4 minutes

  • Roll into 2 balls and flatten out.

  • Add Passata sauce, cheese and toppings of your choice

  • Bake each on a baking sheet for 15 minutes.
