Pizza Recipe
A classic in our clubs and classes. Bake and Shake to Pot, Create and Bake, everyone has loved this recipe. It’s pizza, you can’t go wrong.
The amounts in this recipe are to serve 1, so duplicate as needed of course.

Mini Pizza Recipe
You Will need…
Ingredients
115g plain flour
28ml water
½ tsp baking powder
⅛ tsp salt
½ tsp oil
Small carton of passata
Cheese
Any additional toppings of your choice
Equipment
Bowl
Spoon for mixing
Measuring jug
Measuring spoons
Chopping board
Knife
Cheese grater
Baking tray
Baking paper
Method:
Heat the oven to 200°C / 180°C Fan / Gas Mark 6
Mix together flour, baking powder and salt in a small bowl, add oil and water then stir until it forms a ball. If stiff, add more water, it should be soft but not sticky
Knead on a floured surfaced for 3-4 minutes
Roll into 2 balls and flatten out.
Add Passata sauce, cheese and toppings of your choice
Bake each on a baking sheet for 15 minutes.
