Regular Classes and Clubs
At High Kicks CIC we run classes and clubs across Tyneside, encouraging kids to get stuck into cooking, physical activity and getting them into a healthy lifestyle.

-
Sessions consist of a cooking class and some physical activities like sports, dancing and games.
The children will start by preparing a simple, healthy meal. While their food is in the oven, they will head to the school gym or hall to run off some energy and have fun with one of our coaches, which may vary week to week. We use dance teachers, sports and fitness coaches and sometimes even a yoga teacher!
There is something for everyone.
-
These are organised in collaboration with schools.
If you’re interested in getting Shake and Bake in your school - email us! info@highkickscic.uk

School Holiday Clubs
-
We have delivered school holiday cooking and activity programmes. Providing 4 hours of fun activities per day over School Holidays.
The focus is on our main activity in which the children prepare and cook the food which they will eat for lunch each day.
For the second section of the day we arrange enriching activities such as sports games and activities, creative workshops and outings such as the local Pantomime at Christmas.
We encourage healthy eating and physical activity every day in our holiday clubs.
-
This does vary each school holiday - usually we are based at a school in North Tyneside.
Check our online booking to see where we are going to be for our upcoming Holiday Club.
-
HighKicks CIC collaborates with ease INTO a programme run by North Tyneside Council to make our holiday clubs free for ‘means-tested’ children who are on free school meals.
We also offer paid places at around £15-£20 a day.
